For the fans, for Milano
Starting with the 2031/32 season, AC Milan and FC Internazionale Milano will have a new home designed by Foster + Partners and MANICA: Generali Stadium. A stadium made possible by the investment of RedBird and Oaktree, part of Brookfield’s credit platform, to strengthen the Clubs’ competitiveness and the future of Italian football. This is the first look at the project: an X-frame that recalls the Duomo gives rise to a new landmark for Milano.

Beyond football
A world-class facility: the new home of AC Milan, Inter and their fans.
A new landmark for Milano, conceived to become part of the city's identity.
An exposed-concrete structure, the X-frame runs across the façade and supports the roof.
A tribute to Milano: its design recalls the craftsmanship of the Duomo.
A 70 m-high double-curved roof defines the silhouette and integrates 27,500 m² of photovoltaics.
From the colonnade to the panoramic concourses, sweeping views across the city.
Naturally ventilated, it recalls Milano’s porticoes and loggias, framed by the striking façade.
About 71,500 seats bringing fans closer to the action and players to victory.
Two 11,700-seat walls leaning in at up to 37°: the soul of the stadium, ready to drive the team on.
A continuous 360° bowl, bringing fans closer to the pitch with exceptional sightlines.
Concerts and major events: a year-round destination in 281,000 sqm of regeneration.

The Stadium — A world-class facility: the new home of AC Milan, Inter and their fans.
For everyone in San Siro
For the city and those who live here, the new stadium is first and foremost a regeneration project for their neighborhood. The goal: a greener, livelier area, more open to the city around it. Getting there will take time and work, phase by phase – and we want to walk through it openly, every step of the way. As the project moves forward, you’ll be able to follow it on this website.
